Sylvia Barrie

Sylvia Barrie arrived in the UK when she was eleven years old after enduring the war which had started in Sierra Leone.

Sylvia Barrie now resides in London is deeply religious, believing in God and practising Christianity. As well as attending Church every Sunday, she prays before she goes to bed every night.

Outside of the Big Brother house, she is studying English Literature and Psychology at Derby University. Despite following an academic route, her ideal career would be that of singer, as she rates the quality of her voice

Sylvia Barrie describes her self as a very sociable person, saying that she likes to go out to bars, and to go clubbing.

In terms of her personality, in a pre show interview she admitted that some people think she is moody, but doesn’t mind that. She also admitted that she has a sharp tongue which may cause a few arguments in the house. She also revealed that she gets angered by “unclean individuals, aggressive people and negativity” and admits that her face can be a bit “scowly” at times but is trying to change this!

When asked to rate her self, Sylvia gave herself 5/10 for intelligence and 8/10 for looks.
